Unlike traditional bank cross-border telegraphic transfers, UnionPay Speed Remittance locks in the exchange rate in advance when remitting. The remitted funds are directly credited to the UnionPay card account in RMB. The recipient does not need to exchange the funds and can use them directly, without paying any bank fees. The arrival time is instant, generally not exceeding 1 hour.
The risk of account freezing when using the "UnionPay Speed Remittance" service is very low, as these services are fully legal and strictly comply with compliance regulations. Strong security measures are implemented to protect customer assets. Customers can rest assured that their funds are safe and available for use at any time through the "UnionPay Speed Remittance" service.

1. Register an account on the U2R APP. After successful registration, go to the recharge page where your exclusive recharge address will be displayed;
2. Withdraw USDT from an exchange or wallet to this address;
3. Once the recharge is successful, go to the "Foreign Exchange/Transfer" page, select or create the payee's bank card number, and enter the payment password to proceed.

You can check our list of supported banks. Please ensure that the payee has a UnionPay card account with a Mainland China bank, and it must be a Tier-1 card. Once you have prepared the necessary information, you can add, modify, or delete bank accounts by clicking on the "Bank Account" feature in the U2R APP or on the web version.

No transaction documents are required. You simply need to recharge USDT to the address assigned by the system. The entire process does not require any customer service involvement.

Since on-chain transactions incur fees, in addition to the fixed percentage fee for USDT recharge and exchange, a fixed fee of 50 HKD per transaction is applied when initiating a fast remittance.

The exchange rate is a floating rate obtained in real-time from the bank side.

After you reach a certain remittance volume, you can contact customer service to negotiate a more favorable rate.

Most of the exchange time is spent on on-chain miner confirmation. After the exchange is successful and the remittance is initiated, the funds arrive instantly, generally not exceeding 1 hour.

The normal working hours for 'UnionPay Speed Remittance' are from 7:00 to 21:30 Beijing time, without distinction between weekends and holidays. However, the remittance service may occasionally undergo technical maintenance. Whether you can exchange will be immediately prompted when you use our APP to submit a remittance.

The withdrawal limits set and enforced by UnionPay are designed to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent illegal or suspicious transactions. The limits for each UnionPay transaction per recipient are as follows:

- Per transaction limit: The minimum remittance amount is 2,000 RMB, with an upper limit of 20,000 RMB;
- Daily limit: 60,000 RMB;
- Annual limit: 300,000 RMB.

UnionPay Speed Remittance is a one-way remittance service. We cannot revoke a successful remittance, so please ensure the accuracy and controllability of the account details before initiating the transfer.

Currently, only recharges and exchanges via the USDT-TRON (TRC20) chain are supported. Please stay tuned for support of more chains or cryptocurrencies.

While the exchange rate may not be as favorable as C2C, we operate legally and compliantly, and we do not freeze bank cards.
